Order 2009-2010 Yearbook Now!

~~It is time now to order your 2009-2010 yearbook! Cost per copy is $20 - same as last year.~~

The pre-order period has ended. If you still want to order a yearbook, the cost per copy will be $25, which includes an extra $5 processing fee.

Buy yearbook for one child at a time. Enter first child, click on Add to Cart, then order for next child. Due by April 15th, 2010.

You can also write a check made payable to Covington PTA. Please do not forget to put your child's name and room# on your check. Last date to place order in April 15th, 2010.

Call for Year Book Photos

It's time to submit your gorgeous 2009-2010 class photos to the Year Book designers! We would like photos that you have taken of your classrooms at any or all of the following events:

Back-to-School Night
Walk-a-Thon
Halloween Parade
Spirit Days: twin day, crazy feet day, wear your heritage day, etc.
Girls Night Out
Boys Night Out
Science Night
Geo Bee Assembly
Bake Sale
Walden West (Sixth Grade)
Class Specific Activities
Misc.

We would appreciate it if you could

Sort pictures by event and put them into respective folders
Email (via YouSendIt if large and many files, up to 100M) or send via memory stick/CD (appropriately labeled and to be dropped off in the YB cubby in front office) to us by March 20th. Also, it would be wonderful, if you could drop a line to jakatdar@pacbell.net so we know to go and pick up a CD/memory stick from the cubby.
We also need ONE class representative act as a liaison to identify and ensure that the class collage (we will be making these ourselves this year) includes every child in their class. - interested individuals please email to jakatdar@pacbell.net
