Quick Guide

If you want to exclude certain information of your family from the School Directory, you have two options:

Download the Request to Exclude form (PDF 88K). Fill it out, sealed it in an envelop if you like, and send it to the School Office.
You can also use our online form: Request to Exclude Information.

If you have ordered PTA membership, it will receive a free copy of School Directory. If you want to additional directory, use the following form:

Order additional school directory ($10/copy)

Your name, phone number, email
e.g. Annie Coyote, 650-949-1234, ACoyote@covingtown.com

The Covington PTA publishes and distributes a student directory for the use of Covington families. All information comes from District records. The following information is typically included:

Student Name, Grade and Classroom, Home Telephone Number, Home Address, Parents' Names, Parents' Email Address, Parents' Cell Numbers

If you DO NOT wish to have the above information appear in the student directory, please fill out the following form: Request to Exclude Information by September 11.
