Please complete the following steps in order to request payment or reimbursement from the Covington PTA treasurer:

 

  1. Download this digital form: PTA reimbursement form.
  2. Once downloaded, the form can be completed on your device and saved.
  3. Send the completed form to treasurer@covington-pta.org along with copies of invoices or receipts (photos are fine).

 

If your request has an urgent deadline, please note that in your email, otherwise requests will be processed twice a month.  If you have any questions or require assistance, please contact the PTA treasurer at treasurer@covington-pta.org.
